Honda Cars India Ltd. — Dealership monopoly in kanpur ! (Pushp Honda) | |||
I booked my car on 14th of Febuary 2017 for new honda city Facelift. As per Dealer (Pushp Honda) it was to be delivered before 15th of March that is 1 month from booking date that is 14th feb 2017 By giving cheque of 21000 rupees as a booking amount . Today is 3rd of April and there is no response from dealer and when tried to contact other hiearchy of honda people i.e Sameer ahuja (Sale manager of Pushp Honda, Kanpur) they force you to take back your cheque or stay quite . My question to Honda Cars India Ltd. Is this How you people fool around Customers! Ypu play with their Hard earn money ! You play with their Emotion ! Thats pretty Bad to say ! Its the worst ever experience i had in my Life ! This happens just because dealership has monopoly !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
