SER-INV-DD[protected] dated 29.07.2016 Dear Sir, Our Honda City car no. RJ03CA5956 was repaired vide your above bill no. Our rear right side door was repaired by you. Now there is leakage of water inside the car. Previously this was never the case. Also previously vide our email dated 30.06.2016 we had requested that the inside smell of car is very bad and kindly correct it. But till date there is no response. Through this email I request you to send your person to correct these 2 problems within 3 days of receipt of this email, failing to which we shall avail of legal option available to us.
