This complaint is regarding my new honda amaze 1.5 v cvt (I-dtec)-am0027, chassis no. Makdf665ej4000331, engine no. N15a11801521. This is to inform that i got the delivery of my new honda amaze car on 03.06.2018 from frontier vehicles pvt. Ltd., 01a, ground floor, sector-48, vipul trade centre, sohna road, gurgaon, haryana. The aforesaid car has plenty of technical faults like -
1. Improper/loose fitting of glove box, which opens own its own during a jerk/shock due to breakers or pits on roads.
2. Loose fitings of dashboard, ac vents on the left side shows gap/spacing between plastics.
3. Whenever the car at rest is released from brake, everytime sound comes when the brakes are released.
4. Also when the front tyres of car rides over a breaker or elevation a creaking sound comes from the front side may be suspension.
5. As was told by the sales executive at the time of delivery of car, that the said car will deliver a mileage of 15 km/l before first service, which will get better after service to 20km/l. But even after the first service the mileage is same ariund or below 15km/l.
6. Reverse parking camera was installed from honda itself and was installed before delivery of the car. But due to installation of reverse parking camera, the covering of roof from inside is parted from where its wires are entering from the front. Thereby giving an unpleasant view. The same was told at the time of first service but it was reverted that the same can be amended from where it has been installed. So after servicing the car was taken to frontier vehicles pvt. Ltd. There they also didn't give any satisfactory reply and the issue is still unresolved.
7. The car was sent for servicing after completion of 1000km and 1 month to sugoi motors pvt. Ltd., sector 18, gurgaon, haryana. All the above mentioned problems (Mentioned above from 01 to 06) were told, but none was rectified by the service agency.
8. After few days of first service, when all the above mentioned problems were again felt, the car was again sent to authorized service station at sector 18, gurgaon, haryana, where it was informed that the same problems are being faced by many customers who have purchased the new honda amaze. It was further informed that they do not have any solution to these issues at present and have refered the issues to their higher management/department and as and when the reply will be received, action will be taken accordingly.
Really disappointed from honda, need a concrete solution, also ready to change my car and send me the some other car of honda of my choice adjusting the amount paid by be as i am disappointed by new honda amaze.
