Their tone should certainly be more polite and helping attitude rather than dominance and high pitch. Being a customer of Honda since years it's really disappointing to be treated like this., but nevertheless I am totally aware of my consumer rights and would love to avail it if the attitude is not brought on the right track.
Furthermore the components and facilities promised at the time of booking are being ignored., like the staring and other parts also differ. Making a purchase not only involve money but emotional and desires to. To be deeply noted that STARING of the car is not upto what was shown nor on our demand the correction are being made.
Therefore kindly make sure that the things required are available and the provider are best in their behaviour.
