Honda Cars India Ltd. — driver side door vibrate when operate side glass by pressing button

DEAR Sir,
I have bought City V i-vtec car on 31st July 2018 for my son.But there is a problem in window glass of driver side door.The door vibrates when we open/close the window glass.Vibration/Jerk is very heavy.I am bringing to your notice, tell me what to do.
Your dealership say that it's common in your vehicle.Pls sort it & make necessary amendment for this problem
