Honda Cars India Ltd. — faulty info system and company fitted bulge tyres not being replaced by dealership | |||
It is to inform you Complaint no 1 That im a proud owner of honda city march 2017 model with registration no hp 39d 7860. I approached prakash honda kangra branch himachal pradesh in the month aug 2019 for bulging of my two tyres which were company fitted They assured me that it will be replaced as the case was genuine. After many delays they denied me replacement of tyres falsely telling that the damage is external and is verified by tyre company. The justification is false as the tyres had no marks of external damage and it is entirely bulging of tyres Complaint no 2 The touch panel of info system of my car stopped working in nov 2019 I again approached prakash honda kangra branch For replacement of system as the car is under warranty They assured me the same but still the faulty part was not been replaced till now In view of the above i requested your kind indulgence to please replace my faulty tyres and faulty information system immediately else i'll be left with no alternative but to approach the honorable court for provide me justice Regards +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
