To date: 19.10.2017. The directer The honda car india limted, Sub:- frequent problems, manufacturing defect, Dear sir, We have purchased honda city car on registration no. Ts 09em 4595. Dated: 16.05.2016, immediately after second service (Km covered 52360) we found some noise from the engine and we complaint to sundram honda service center, hyderabad, they rectified and replaced front drive soft with free off cost because our car is within warranty period. Again we found some wobbling noise from engine at interior village, nalgonda district, we got rectified it temporarily from local mechanic, later we handed over to authorised service centre sundram honda, hyd. On 28.09, 2017. They said diesel is adulterated (Mixed with kerosene) we have got tested but diesel is in good condition, later they said that engine wire got damaged, so it should be replaced with the new set, till then our car is at service centre and haven’t rectified the problem yet. On 18.10.2017 we called to service canter, they said spare part is to be received from the company. Still our vehicle (Km covered 20000) is in warranty so kindly rectify the problem permanently by replacing the wire with the new set with free of cost and relieve our tensions.
