[Resolved]  Honda Cars India Ltd. — harasment by wasting money and time both

hi i am dr sujayesh halder a resident of diamond harbour, new town, ward no 03, ci office lane, south 24 pgs, pin 743331. i have a honda amaze top model number wb 22u 8713, which i bought from eastern honda, gopal pur kolkata.i have some problem in my wheels.i went to service centre and they told me that break shoes should change.and disc should either polished or changed.and told me to keep the car for four hour.i leave my car in service centre and came back after 4 hour but they told work was not completed due to insufficiency of material.they never called me and harassed me for 4 hours.and told me to come back after 2 or 3 days.they told me for repair of disc and changing of brak shoe it will cost rs 2600 and for changing disc it will cost rs 4000 and 2 hours time.i told them i dont have driver right now and i am a very busy person please leave me within 2 hour .they agreed.but on the day of servicing they harassed me for more than 5 hours.and gave me a bill more than they told. iasked them why the bill is more than rs4000.they told me that they told me the incorrect budget and i shold pay the extra amount.this is too much please give your kind attention regarding this matter. thanking you
