Honda Cars India Ltd. — harassment

Dear sir, I, JASWINDER KAUR w/o S. INDER MOHAN SINGH R/O 564-l, model town ludhiana want to say that I booked my car on 31 january 2014 at vidhata honda(AKC motors ferozepur road) ludhiana.i booked HONDA CITY (V Model, Diesel, White colour)They committed me to give a car on 1st week of April 2014.But they didnt give me on time .And after that, they called me in October 2014 for take the car delivery. And then i told that i will take it on january 2015 because at that time i want to prefer new model car (2015)and they said OK. From january 2015 onwards, i am continously in touch with Sandeep Sood(Team Leader) and till today they didnt give me car delievery. I also gave them a cheque of 4.50.000/- on 3 march 2015 against their promise to give me car on 10 March 2015 and they withdraw money on 8 march 2015. Please solve my problem immediately and tell me exact delievery date of my car.Either i have to file a case in consumer court against them.
