Honda Cars India Ltd. — Harassment in Delivery of car

Hello, I had booked a Honda city 4th generation VMT TW with Ring Road Honda Gurgaon on 2nd December 2014. Why this car, because my father loves this car and I had planned to gift it to him after I got a job. Fortunately I got a job in SJVN LTD a power sector PSU on 14th March 2014, and moreover it was my sister's wedding on 25th January, that made me think in November end that it was the right time to gift this car to Dad. So as stated I booked it on 2nd December with an assurance from Mr. Rajbir a salesperson in Ring Road Honda for delivery before or near 15th January 2015. When I made contact with him, he rejected the delivery and assured us it's delivery close to 26th January 2015, but he did not make any contact and we got busy in wedding preparations, finally I and my father went to showroom on 27th January and he again rejected the delivery. We were disappointed and decided to cancel our booking but Mr. Rajbir assured us the delivery before 5th February, and we believed him and when I made contact with him on phone he rejected the delivery and guaranteed us it's delivery before 25th February 2015. This time I decided not to make any contact with him and decided to wait and see how long he takes to make contact with me and he never made any contact. But atlast I received a mail from Miss Megha stating wrong date of booking and writing that they will get only 1 car of same model this month and will be delivering to the customer prior to us in order and will deliver me car in 1st week of march. I kept my patience and sent them a mail in March asking about the delivery of car, and they called my Dad and told him the car was available. So I was happy and planned my journey to Gurgaon on 14th March (as I am posted in Himachal Pradesh) to take the delivery but when I made contact with them on 10th March that is today they again rejected me delivery and said car will be with us on 22nd March tentatively. Now I am really really disappointed and considering either to file for a case for harassment against them or cancel my booking. Your car is good and I too love it and it is great in demand hard to keep with but it's waiting period is only one month, not as long as almost four months. Honda is known in India for its build quality and service. This is the worst kind of service I and may father have faced till now. Kindly enquire into my problem and make contact with Ring Road Honda Gurgaon.
