Honda Cars India Ltd. — having issue in getting claim

Address:04, DOTW, sanwer road, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, 456010

I have submitted my car to showroom of india to claim but the procedure by the authorised dealer has not been completed. I have purchased my car from avintika honda ujjain. And right now its at abhikaran honda and they are totally unable to proceed.
Do whatever you can do. Its almost more than a week and i didnt get any approval.
They are not processing it.
