I bought honda amaze from honda - madinaguda, hyderabad showroom in june, 2016. From the day i bought car front two seat buckles are not working properly. I have given complaint "n" number of times while car servicing at honda service center, miyapur. Till issue remains and if i ask about status, they will simply say we ordered spare part. I am tired with following up with service managers at honda. Worst part is, they ask for 10 rating for their service. I don't have idea how honda take care of customer complaints. Do honda have online complaint system to track this. How can i know my complaint reference number. What is the tracking system? What is the eta for my complaint? Was this information helpful? |
