Honda Amaze driven for 10000 kms facing gear problem, i am not able to switch gear, its stuck, each time i tow and give it for service, they say the problem is rectified, but the problem keeps occuring. I was told the insurance do not support this. it seems this problem is there for everyone using honda amaze, but company does not accept it, they say it is customers fault.
The company should recall all honda amaze cars and rectify this issue.
i am planning to file complaint if i am not satisfied with their service.
Pls do not go for Honda cars, they are the worst service, they keep asking for feedback on regular basis. and they expect you to give only 10/10, otherwise they do not accept the feedback. which is pathetic.
