Honda Cars India Ltd. — honda brio 2012 model airbag issue

Dear team,
I have bought one used honda brio 2012 s model and was used by my wife. On 23rd when she was trying to park the car inside the parking area of apartment but she hit one side of the pillar by mistake to avoid the bump near the parking. But it was surprise to see that the both airbags on front was opened.
Please share the rca.
Also when i was going through the website it was found the cars of honda brio from 2011 to 2014 was recalled back and some mechanical faults on the airbag issue was addressed.
