Hi sir/madam I have purchased a honda brv (Pb10fx7039) on 3sep2016 by vidhata honda (Akc motors pvt. Ltd.). A few days earlier i have met with accident on dated 16/7/2017. I have sent my car to same showroom on dated 17/7/2017. But i didn't get any respond by them till date. If t we are making them calls they are making excuses that they have not avaible parts right now and they are not doing any further proper commitment as well they are saying the parts are not available yet. It is a routine process by this dealer. My previous experience was also not good when i have purchased the car then they hadn't provided the accessory on committed time.
