Honda Cars India Ltd. — Honda Jazz Air Conditioner not working

Hi, I am Abootty from calicut, Kerala. I bought a Honda Jazz. Its about 2 years since I bought jazz and did 5 Services from honda dealer.My Jazz's Air Conditioner (A/C) is not working properly and its not cooling at all. In my last service told honda dealer about the complaint and they changed the A/C gas and charged me Rs.500. but still the Issue exist, How come car that is just 2 years have such a comlaint.
