Honda Cars India Ltd. — honda selling defective car and not giving accessories after taking payments | |||
We had bought an honda amaze from their dealership malwa motors at sonepat. 1. The car's speedocable was removed and had a fault in steering system. 2. Before taking booking, we were verbally promised by their salesman that they will fit an arm rest and seat covers but after making payment they denied. 3. We were charged for basic kit in the invoice but were not given the same. On asking for it dealer denied. We complained to customer-care but had the worst experience in life.
