My name is amit mor. I went to harmony honda in chandigarh for my honda amaze car service(30/12/2015). I took appointment for that day in morning at 9;30 am and i am there on exact time. And meet executive and told three complaints . 1 noise in door 2. Noise in clutch peddle 3. Third one is many time car show pgmfi sign. During running situation. And i asked executive after all complaints and service how much time taken by you. He said we give your car at 6;00pm. After that i got my car at 7;00pm . With +1(washing) complaint and other rest complaints still pending.So total is 4. I gave my feedback during billing. After 2days i got call from harmony honda . Sir we feel sorry in behalf our service . She said please send your car once back to our service centre. We give complete solution. That day my three complaint solved. But still major complaint is pending. Two times engineer and executive told in scanning no issue is there. And these light show few times when car diesel level is low (but during both times my car diesel tank is above 50% ) . Then again i talked in harmony honda. Then he said please you come with your car . Then i visited to service centre. At that day executive told me your car problem in your pump (attach with engine) or pipe line. To find the problem we need your for two days. So i want to know .Your engineer and mechanic is not capable to find solution in single visit. Or its negligence. Three days my totally waste...
