Honda Cars India Ltd. — incomplete car service

Dear sir,
This is to bring in your notice that i have sent my car (Rj 27 cd 9357) for service for fourth time and till date they could not resolve my problem. My car makes noice whenever it passes through pit holes initially they told me that this the problem of soccers please get it changed i got them changed and paid for it but not resolved, then they told me this is the problem of link rod i got it changed and paid for it but still not resolved than they told me that it is the problem of steering and we will get it changed under warranty. (Once my car was repaired after the accident in 2015 just after 4 months of my purchase at that time they didnt changed the steering under insurance why so???. At that time they would have changed it because the main damage was from the front where the steering portion got damaged due to which card is making noise till date.. During that time noise was less but now cars makes noise as a loading tempo...) everytime they charged but have not resolved my problem. They promised me that this time your problem would be resolved, promise has been made by mr. Amrish service head there with too much of confidence he said that i am here since 50years will resolve your problem dont worry your car is in warranty will get the parts changed etc etc etc. But when my car was sent there for service again they said the authority under the warranty section denied for the change and when i called him he denied for the conversation and he didnt talk to me saying why should i talk. He should have confirmed it before whether they would change or not. Who will bear the wastage of time and petrol... This is his experience of 50 years promising and than denying and are these the services of honda ia m very much disappointed. I think action should be taken action mr. Amrish and the service centre
Please resolve as soon as possible.
