Honda Cars India Ltd. — Manufacturing defect in honda jazz, bad after sale service | |||||
It is a shame on honda car india on their lack of response on complaint mails sent by us as follows. We highlighted a safety hazard complaint of honda jazz on 12th june 2017 and subsequently on 13th june 2017, thereafter called the customer care also. But i am surprised to see no mail or response of acknowledgement have been received so far leave aside the rectification work. This shows honda car india’s inefficiency of after sale service on company’s end, leave aside the dealer network. Following are very serious safety issues in honda jazz. 1) honda jazz has a very serious safety hazard, as during driving it drops the power on 2nd gear.in that case if a person is overtaking a vehicle and uses 2nd gear to overtake the car power drops and it becomes dangerous for the driver to overtake. 2) during uphill drive again while ascending the hill, if 2nd gear is applied the car drops its power and one has to apply hand break and then has to use 1st gear to again drive. The local dealers’ comment on this problem is that this complaint persists with all jazz cars and therefore no rectification can be done at their end. The price we paid for 1200 cc car and risk on safety of self and family is a very serious issue which should be brought in notice to transport tribunal, consumer forum and all car media blogs.
