I am a loyal honda customer. I have been driving honda since last 5 years and honestly saying i just love the car, manoeuvring is great, engine is great.
But a brand is not just about its quality but also the services. I always felt honda is a big giant, it has its brand essence, and customer is o[censored]tmost importance to them. But to my surprise i was taken aback with shock when i went to pick my car from service station. I don't know how and when they got a dent on my bonnet. It was fresh and both me as well as the service personnel could figure that out. On which they claimed that it was not there before, which again is a clear indication of mishandling by the honda people. On seeing their fault they said u can take your car and get the touchup done whenever you have time. I want to know what kind of service is that. I wasted my two hours at the service centre, i had to take a day off. I would again have to go and check the car once again. I cannot trust the brand honda. If there was a fault from your end you should have told me before, checked it prior to my coming and have provided me with a solution. After my discussion they said they would paint the bonnet. But why should i compromise with a mistake done by honda. I am deeply hurt. I love my car. People do get attached to non living things. I also have that parental feeling for my car. I was so sad and dejected after seeing my car. My rest of the day went bad as hell. I am sorry but i think its better to get your car repaired and serviced at local automobile centre than at honda centre. I am highly dissatisfied and disheartened. I was planning to buy a new honda but now i my trust has shaken. Please don't do this with other customers Was this information helpful? |
