Honda Cars India Ltd. — Non adherence to promises made/terms and conditions

I had taken my Honda CR V car with registration number OR 02 AN 2577 to Highway Honda Bhubaneswar on 03 March 2015 for servicing. I was given an estimation of Rs 26, 000/-. It was also promised that my car will be delivered back the next day that is on 04 March 2015. When I requested for a drop back facility, as my car was due to be serviced at the garage till the next day, i was told that i should take a bus or an Auto richshaw from outside and that vehicle to drop me back is not available, by Mr Sanath. On 04 March, when I call Mr Sanath, he says that too many parts are broken and quite an amount of extra money is required and that he can not deliver my car, i need to go back again to the service centre and that it can not be delivered today also. When I said that you are not adhering to your promises and i will complaint, he said that I could do whatever I want and that he is not duty bound to call me and receive my calls. My car was test driven by Mr Sanath himself and this change in stance is not understood.
