Honda Cars India Ltd. — non refund of my old car payment

I have purchased a new honda brv petrol style model vehicle in the name of g. Gomathy, she is my wife, vehicle registeration no. Py-01-ct-5384 on saturday i. E. On 27.10.2018 in m/s. Aadit auto co private limited, puducherry. With buy back scheme of my old honda city car registration no. Py-01-ce-4005 on 27.10.2018. I handed over my old car rc, insurance everything on booking date. My old car was estimated rs.5, 70, 000 + 50, 000 exchange bonus, at the delivery time of my new vehicle, the accounts section of honda city office, has told me the remaining refund of rs.598, 500/- will be given in the form of cheque in favour of my wife, within 3 days i. E. Before deepavali.

M/s. Aadit auto car, puducherry branch was received a sum of rs.21, 000/- in advance for booking of honda brv petrol style model. More over, they are giving assurance for taking new vehicle within 10 days. But the staff of honda city office was not arrange new vehicle within 10 days. They are arranging after 20 days from the booking period. Initially they said lie words for booking new vehicle.

I have purchased my new car of honda brv on hdfc by loan, hdfc have been released full amount to honda city office within the time, after calculation my excess amount of rs.5, 98, 500/- will be due in your side. Pondicherry branch office delaying nearly 11 days, initially they are giving assurance for 3 days for payment. I tried so many times over phone to staff for asked my payment of rs.5, 98, 500/- but they are not responding till date. More over, they are simply said my payment was in process, why other car company in pondicherry they are arranging the difference amount within 2 days. Why they are kept my money isoldated without any interest. More over, i went 2 times to puducherry branch honda office for my money, but the people simply said sir, wait we arranging. Arranging means what. Where is money, why they are kept

More over, they are not giving any paper for refund of money of rs.5, 98, 500/- why they are not arranging that paper i. E. Regarding refund amount in puducherry branch. Where is the proof of money?.in practice other car company in puducherry they are giving the paper for refund money calculation sheet and letter also.

This is the second time experience for taking honda car in puducherry branch, initially, i take honda city car py01-ce-4005 the same problem was occurred this time also.

I send this e. Mail through your office for taking speedy action, other wise i will take legal action against your office and staff for not responding my case.
