I had booked my honda mobilio for replacing wind shield wiper's water supply tube which was bitten by a rat on 11/07/17, at white field honda, bangalore. The reception desk person told me that, their service manager will call me, which never happened for two days. So i called back to reception desk, they told me again that, their service manager will call me, which never happened. I again called them on 14th and fixed appointment for 15th but few minutes later they called me and told me that if i leave my car on 15th, they will deliver the car only on 17th evening. Does it take so much time for changing a tube. I have changed it myself personally in 15 minutes. I am bringing this to your notice, because i called the customer care on phone and took up this matter with them and it was of no use. Was this information helpful? |
