As per the sale contract dated 9.3.2020 of palace automobiles, kayamkulam, i paid advance of rs 5000 on 09.3.2020. The show room authorities promised me to deliver the car on or before 20.3.2020 if i pay the full amount. As per the showroom instructions i paid the balance amount rs.9, 50, 900 on 16.03.2020. Once the payment was received they told me that it will take 4 to 5 days to deliver it. Later on 23 rd march the govt declared complete lock down due to covid epidemic. After that whenever i contacted the executives they told me that vehicle is available with them and they were not able to register it due to restrictions. The sales executive avoided all my calls and didn't give any clarification. Later when restrictions are withdrawn when we contacted the general manager of the dealer he told me that the vehicle has not reached yet. Today on 12.5.2020 when i contacted the general manager he told me it reached today, also told me to pay rs.16000.00 more to deliver the vehicle than the invoice price. Please note that the dealer is cheating us from the beginning itsellf by giving fake offers and informations. I paid the full amount only on the basis of the promise that the vehicle was with them and will be delivered as per contract. Please that note the entire amount paid was the proceeds of my car loan and i had to pay more than rs.10000.00 per month as interest.in any stage if they told me the fact that the vehicle is not available i would be able to cancel the payment so that i can save the interest of the loan. So i humbly request you to do the needful to deliver the vehicle at the earliest and to refund the excess costs involved. Also i humbly request you to don't engage such irresponsible executives for sales
