Honda Cars India Ltd. — perfect honda (pothen vehicles and services pvt ltd) - no response for a complaint related to music system | |
I bought a honda jazz (Kl 07 cj 8816) car from "perfect honda (Pothen vehicles and services pvt ltd), kalamassery" on 16/03/2017. During the warranty period itself, i have noticed some fogg/moisture inside the music system and i have complaint this problem to the perfect honda service centre multiple times. First time, they told like they have repaired it and the problem is solved. Second time again i noticed this proble, i again went to service centre and they told that they will contact with honda company and will update adout the details. But i didnt get any reply in another 6 months. Then immediately after the warranty period is over, the display of the music system gone and again i went to service centre and complaint about this problem. Again they told that they will contact with honda company and reply me back. Its more than a month now and i didn't get any solution till now. Please help me for getting a solution on this. If they take proper action in my first complaint itself, i can cover the problem during my warranty period itself. But they purposefully delayed and its more than 8 months.
