Honda Cars India Ltd. — poor bluetooth mic

I own a 2018 honda city zx which was picked in the month of oct 2018 from olympia honda chennai

Whenever i try to make a conversation using the honda inbuilt bluetooth option, the other person hardly hears what is spoken. The voice is quite low over bluetooth and the audibility of the other side is poor to the core

I am forced to talk very loudly for the other side of the line to hear my voice. This is very bad let down and bad build quality from honda according to me

I would really appreciate Honda to respond and make necessary adjustments. I would not want to be disappointed with the trust put into the brand with the request falling into the deaf ears of #Honda
