Car was not made ready for delivery . Casual approach. Quality issue in paint of the car. Finally could not remove the stain on the car and the car delivery had to be aborted. After 17 years with Maruti my first hand experience with Honda is not at all pleasant. The help in completing the documentation like transferring the no claim bonus point and settling traffic penalties was very casual and little ownership. The delivery of the car had to be finally aborted and I felt very bad about this experience and quality offering from Honda. The showroom is not putting attention to the quality of the car.
