Honda Cars India Ltd. — poor management at service centre | |||
We have asked to come at honda service centre which is about 15 km from our residence at 9:30. But the meeting of service mechanics continued up to 10:45. Moreover they didn't allow us to interact us with the service mechanics and forced us to sit in the customer lounge. Me and my wife bith have just come ourself early in the morning to ensure a good servicing of our car else we could have choosed the pick and drop facility of honda. What is the point of going to the servicing centre when you are not even allowed to interact with the service mechanics. Tgey just forced us to sit in the lounge area but didn't even bother to ask us for general tea or water. Very very poor experience of honda servixe centre at kuawanwala dehradun.
