Honda Cars India Ltd. — Poor service by samara honda due to non availability of spare parts | |||
Hi, As discussed with your customer care representative few minutes back, i had handed over my honda mobilio car which met an accident at samara honda, mayapuri on 21st march 2016, after office hour. I was given an assurance that at the worst the car will be delivered to me by 1st or 2nd april 2017. When i contacted samara honda today, they expressed their inability since one of the parts i. E condenser unit seems not available at your factory and it seems you have confirmed samara honda to make arrange that part around 15th april 2017. Since you are not able to supply that parts to samara honda they are also not able to procure the same and deliver my vehicle. Request to please make the parts available without further delay so as to avoid branding “honda car india” as poor after sales service provider.
