Honda Cars India Ltd. — poor servicing

Honda car servicing is too lag, today ie, 28/04/2019 i given a car for wax polishing, general checking and allignmenting actually yesterday i willing to give for servicing but due to lots of cars are there it will take time. So i book for servicing on sunday i given the car at 10.50am till now 2.32pm they did nt given the car.
I told yesterday to the booking caller of vision honda car kottayam kerala, they told me that you can wait they will give faster if it will take too much time why dont you inform about this.

Last 1 year not resolve my activa problem by your dealer down town Honda chhani sttaf so refund my money and take your scooter. This is my last complain to the resolve my scooter problem otherwise my next complaint consumer court. Thanks
