Honda Cars India Ltd. — Product and service failures | |||
We've purchased a brand new 2017 honda city v from ring road honda, dwarka. The car infotainment system (Digipad) has multiple issues - music keeps skipping whilst connected thru bluetooth or iphone cable. This issue was highlighted to both - sales as well as the service personnel but hasn't been resolved yet. The mic is also faulty whereby one has to yell sometimes to make the other party hear you when on a call via bluetooth. This was also mentioned, but there has been no resolution/action taken yet. Apart from this, we were promised accessories worth inr 5000/- fitted through 'hblp" - honda brand loyalty program that will be fitted within two weeks of purchase. It has now been over a month and after several follow-ups with their sales representatives, there is no commitment of when the same will be done. Very very poor service, will not be recommending to anyone and will be complaining in jd power survey as well unless issues are not resolved promptly. Was this information helpful? | |||
