I, Prasann Jaiswal, purchased Honda WRV from your Bangalore showroom of Magnum Honda.My vehicle number is KA03NB1902. My purchase of car during the month of September, a campaign was going on, and as per the campaign any referal given by the customer if purchases the vehicle would be given a benefit of 3000 rupees, which could be redeemed during any period of servicing. I am really disheartened to inform that I am nearing 1 year of my purchase and still there is no intimation even after so many follow up. It's really not worth for such big companies making false promises. I had given so many referrals and all my colleagues purchased it from the same show room. Had I known the out come I would have never convinced them for the same.I will keep the poor response in mind and will surely never fall in such traps. I would even complain to higher authority if still no reaponse received.

Updated by prasann002 It's been a long time since I am supposed to get the problem resolved. However nothing has been done does a nominal amount on expect to become like Honda to resolve my issue as soon as possible
