Honda Cars India Ltd. — Refund not received | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a NEW HONDA CITY against my old Honda Jazz with Landmark Honda, SG Highway, Ahmedabad and recently got the delivery on 1st June 2020. Sir, against all the payments from the bank, I am supposed to take a refund of Rs. 26994/- (Twenty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four only) from the Dealer (Attached detailed invoice for the same). Even after one month of continuous follow ups and after giving all the necessary documents, i have still not received the refund amount. Every time I ask the person responsible at the showroom he gives me another date for the refund which is a repeated answer now. I hereby request you to take some immediate action on this matter.
