Honda Cars India Ltd. — regarding poor car handling and lousy response of service manager

I had problem in my car audio video navigation system so i visited joshi automobiles, mohali service station with this complaint and shared the videos of the improper functioning of audio video navigation system on 29 november 2017. They forwarded the complaint and a new audio video navigation system from the company came for replacement. I again visited on 12 december for the replacement of the same. But the new navigation system also has some problem so they again replaced it with the old navigation system.in this process they put hard marks on the temperature monitoring system and around it about which when i asked i was asked to taken care of it next time. They again called me on 30 dec 2017 for the replacement with new audio video navigation system. They change it with the new one which is working very fine but when i asked for those scratches they said that their service boy did not do it. There was very poor handling while replacement and in spite of taking responsibility of the same they are blaming it on the customer.
I also called customer care and when customer care contacted service manager he again put the blame on me. This was not expected at all.
Honda has always been good to its customer in terms of quality and service and this customer oriented approach convinced me to buy a honda car but i am sorry to say i am really disappointed with incident. But i want to share this feedback so that no other customer face the lousy handling and service from this service centre.
Below i am mentioning the details of my car with images if the those marks which were put on temperature monitoring system by the mechanic.
