Honda Cars India Ltd. — shoddy service

I gave my car up 84f 7025 for accidental repair on 1st sept. At divine honda, roorkee. For 5 days i was not informed about the estimates.

Upon complaining the estimates were told and i was told car would be delivered by 11th sept. From then onwards they are holding up the car for one or the other pretext. On 13th was told that twater had got inside after accident so the carpet is being removed and dried.

What was the staff doing all these days? Water must have damaged the body of car due to their negligence. I want to claim damage for the loss they have caused to the metallic body.
Today morning i was told that car would be released after innsurer okays.

For whole day this was not done. I am sure tomorrow they will come up with fresh excuse.
