Honda Cars India Ltd. — spott on the cars upholstry | |||
During repair work done on time to time visit of my Honda jazz car, upholstery of car including seats got spotted at multiple places, as seats are never get covered properly while doing repair work.And everytime I make complaint by seeing it as on every next visit some new spot takes place.Niether they listen my complaint nos they they take care enough to not to happen this next time. When i made complain This time to Service station Incharge Mr.Pramod Jaiswal, He replied me that it will cost you to get it cleaned properly.I tried him made to understand that its not my fault rather of yours but very carelessly and roughly he replied this cost you have to afford. Its not a matter of cost for which i am complaining, but i am trying to mark the thankless system of caring car and even more the way of representing the Gracious Honda Company by adopting this way of rough reply with your valuable customers I had never expected the seen, that i had to face in the Honda.
