Honda Cars India Ltd. — Unethical behaviour | |||
Around 3-4 months back, i bought the honda city ivtec (Topline) (Petrol) car. Bought this from arya honda at vt, ballard estate. During the initial stage of the car was fine, but after 2-3 weeks, the car started to stall with the engine lights coming on high speeds as well as low speeds and it repeated it self. I immediately reported this to honda as its unlikely to happen. The manager ashish and bhosle at the work shop at siwri requested to keep the car for a about a day. Next day, they returned the car but i faced the same problems. The car was continuously coming to halt on high speeds. Again, they kept the car for about 5 days and told me they did test runs for about 100-150 kms in a period of one day and everything was fine. And again i faced the same problems after 1 week. The manager of arya honda at vt ballard estate, ronni mascarenhas and tushar ghosale (Honda customer relations) gave me a guarantee that it won’t repeat. At about 11 in the night, the steering wheel at the speed of 80 mph got jammed, i managed to stop the car somehow. I have contacted a lot people in honda the branch manager, the service manager and many more but till now have not got a proper response from any one. Please do let me know the next steps on this as i need this to be sorted soon. I have an email received on the 11th july stating that asking for a replacement is uncalled. I really need a temporary replacement till my car gets completely perfect / a permanent replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
