Dear sir / madam,
I purchased a new honda amez (Diesel) in feb-2017 from m/s bafna auto cars (I) pvt. Ltd. (Deccan honda) from dhanakawadi pune, maharashtra. My vehicle regd no. Is mh-12-nx-0653.
Above mentioned details are of my vehicle. After a month of purchase some problem has occurred and for the same i visited the service station but they told me in next visit they will resolve the problem.
After the commitment from mr. Naved, i visited the service station more than 4 times but no one has resolved my car’s problem. And mr. Naved did not took my car for servicing.
After several times of visit for the same thing the problem has remained as it is.
I want answer from you all,
1. Why this kind of bad service you provide to the customer?
2. When will my vehicle’s problem will get solved?
3. How many times i need to come to the service station for the same problem?
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
