1year before i purchased honda jazz petrol on vision honda showroom. So many times i complained about vehicle pulling power. So far they didn't rectified what's the problem. Am very depressed. I have purchased a Honda BR-V1.5S MT (I-DTEC) on 4th June 2017 by Grace Honda Jamshedpur (Narbheram Motors pvt. Ltd.). After first servicing one of the horn stopped working, after several attempt by the service mechanic they are not able to resolve the issue. I was told that the horn will be replaced under warranty. Its very difficult to drive such a big SUV in traffic the voice of the horn is so low any moment it may cause an accident. Now from the show room customer care people are telling the horn is not available any were in India, and you have to wait. Please feel within a month if any customer will face such issue like horn. it is disgusting. At the time of purchase 2 months back the accessories called door garnish which is still pending.
Requesting you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
