Honda Cars India Ltd. — victim of cheating by samara honda mayapuri, new delhi

What action has been taken on my following complaint, may kindly apprise

VICTIM OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES BY SAMARA HONDA, MAYAPURI, NEW DELHI
I live in Greater Noida but preferred to take my Honda City car DL9CU 3782 for service and repairs of AC system all the way to SAMARA Honda West, Mayapuri, New Delhi, located at approx. 45-50 km away. Because I had purchased this car from their show room, I trusted the agency. But, It was a “Stab at the Back” kind of experience. I am extremely disturbed by the unethical and fraudulent actions by Samara Honda in the instant case. Following is the narration of my story.
After fixing an appointment, I took my Honda City car, model 2012 to Samara Honda, Mayapuri for its servicing on 21 Oct 17 at at about 12:30 am. After handing over my car and initial inspection by one Sikh gentleman, Mr Sahil attended me. While handing over my car, I informed them that the AC of the car was not giving cool air and therefore, in addition to routine service, the AC system needs to be checked and fixed. I was assured that my car shall be delivered at about 5:30 pm same day after needful repairs and service. I was given an estimate of Rs 12500 for the service charges; and regarding AC system repairs/service I shall be intimated later after through checkup. At around 3:30 pm, I was informed by Mr Sahil that they have dismantled the AC system and found that the Cooling Coil had leakage and therefore same needed to be replaced with a new one. This shall incur additional cost of about 16000/- As I believed the advice and needed the AC problem be fixed, I gave my nod for this additional expenditure. A little later, I was informed that the item Cooling Coil was not readily available in the workshop, I would have to leave my car in the workshop for 4-5 days. I asked him to see if this part was available in some other Honda workshop, I was not provide any input about it. I, then told him I could not wait for so long without my car and therefore, I shall get the AC Cooling Coil replaced later and requested to handover my car after doing routine service only. I was told that as they had dismantled the AC system, the assembly shall take time, therefore, I could get my car only on 22.10.17 at about 12AM.
I reached the workshop at about 3:30 pm on 22.10.17 to pick up my car. Mr Sahil again explained to me that the Cooling Coil has a leakage. He showed me his Computer Screen and indicated his remark/advice “Cooling Coil needs replacement, but customer declined” However, this statement of “decline” on the part of me, the customer was absolutely false because as fete accompli I had to get my car due to the fact that the Samra workshop failed to provide me the replacement of Cooling Coil. Mr Sahil suggested me if I take the Warranty of one year (costing about Rs 10000/-), he would delete this remark and then after one month the Cooling Coil shall be replaced without any additional cost. He also tried to scare me that some other major costly part may also need replacement, then this Warranty shall be useful. He tried to lure me with these offers but I found this highly unethical and flatly refused to oblige and insisted handing over my car. I got my car with “service”, however, one umbrella lying inside the car was found missing. A huge amount of Rs 18113 were billed for the service, which I had to pay and paid.
So far, as I believed the advice of Samara Honda regarding leakage in the Cooling Coil of my car’s AC system, on 23.10.17 I took my car to ACE Honda Service Centre, Sector 11, Noida at about 9;30 am for replacement of Cooling Coil. Mr Nirmal Jit Singh attended me to whom I explained car’s AC problem and asked him to replace Cooling Coil with a new one. He also referred the online report of Samara Honda in his computer screen. He gave an estimate of Rs 15000/- for replacement of new Cooling Coil, filling of gas and labor charges, which I agreed. However, I was called up by Mr Nirmal Jit Singh at about 3 pm same day that there was no leakage found in the Cooling Coil, only gas needed to be filled up. I gave my nod for refilling and I got my car from the Ace Honda at about 5pm and AC was working perfectly. I was charged Rs 2697 for this work. The AC system of my car is functioning well since the refilling of gas.
On 25.10.17, I got a feedback phone call from Samara Honda and I narrated above incidents. A little while later, same day one Mr Singh claiming to be the senior of Mr Sahil also called up and very unprofessionally tried to impress me that there was actual leakage in the Cooling Coil and the refill done by Ace Honda may soon be leaked out. He also told that Mr Sahil purportedly had shown me the video of my car’s Cooling Coil, which is absolutely false as no such video graphic proof was ever shown to me.
From above, following is concluded by me:-
(a) An attempt was made by Samara Honda to cheat me by falsely advising me that the car’s Cooling Coil was leaking.
(b) An attempt was made to indulge me in to a forgery by luring me in to the trap to buy “Warranty” by spending about Rs 10000/- and then claiming replacement of Cooling Coil after one month free of cost. It casts serious doubt on the integrity of the man/men involved
(c) I now doubt/suspect if they have carried out genuine service or handed over the car after cosmetic washing/cleaning only. Thus, I must have been levied Inflated charges of routine service costing me Rs 18113, which is a huge amount.
(d) Holding my car for 2 days, causing me great inconvenience.
(e) An umbrella kept in my car was found stolen.
(f) I and my family were confronted with very dirty entry to the workshop, as the approach from main road to the workshop is littered with garbage.
When I look back at above narration, I realize that there was an attempt of CHEATING and FRAUDULENT practices adopted on the part of Samara Honda, Mayapuri, New Delhi. This has caused grievous injury on the trust that I reposed in the agency in particular and the Honda Cars in general.
I, therefore demand an explanation from Samara Honda and Honda Cars as why they indulged in such spurious and unethical practices causing grave loss of trust and money of a customer like me. I shall take next course of actions on receipt of your reply please.
