They resolve without taking my consent even without satisfy his customer. Worst customer service that i had taken from rai honda service Your complaint is registered vide Ticket no 1-[protected].Please quote this no for future inquiries.Honda Customer Care. On 4th Jan I send my activa for service at Rai Honda Banga Agency. i have amc book. they told me chrges 555 rs. After 1 hr I receive call for manager he told me that some parts of activa would be change with rate. I told amt more than nominal if parts required then do change . He told amt 1600 only parts but after receiving my bill amout is different means Parts rate + Labour chrge means 800 parts 800 service chrge . He misguided me and hide labour amount 800 in parts. When today i talked about chrges he told me i have not enough time to explain details.
