[Resolved] Honda CB Shine — Bad customer Service | |||
I am Sambit Pattanayak a practising Advocate in High Court of Orissa residing at Cuttack. I purchased a Honda CB Shine grey mettallic colour from cuttack from SGBL HONDA at Satichoura on 23rd June, 2013. Till present 3 free servicing has already been gone. Today i feel my bike chain has been loosen so i went to the servicing centre of SGBL HONDA for reparing but they were least concerned. They are charging money before getting my bike repaired which is intolerable and also within the guarantee period and told me i[censored] do not have money why are u purchasing the bike.Is this the way to deal with the customers.
