[Resolved]  Honda — chain set open any time and stop the rotation of rear tyre.

My Honda twister bike is one nd halfYear old & running 12000 km. There is very major accident occured in yesterday, suddenly my bike Chain removes from rear tyre and. Stop my bike in 70km/hrs and I just jumped from bike.but my arms and legs are fracture.so I decided to go to court and case against the company. How is this possible, I have already three bike one is royal enfield Electra 2nd is pulsar 220 and 3rd is passion these bikes never disappoin. Me since 10 year.so tell me wat will I do. Can company change my chain set under warranty
