[Resolved] Honda City — Bad purchasing experience | |||
I have purchased honda city from deecan honda in pune on march 24 th, 2014. We have worst experience about deccan honda and even honda city. The dealer was not aware about delivery date. Also they were very slow with respect to name plate and giving invoice. The experience was even worse when we took delivery of honda city on 24 the march. At the time of delivery deccan honda has given us coupon of petrol. I was there in car with my 64 old mother, my son 7 years and daughter 4 years old and also with my nephew of 10 years age and 2 years age. We left from showroom and was going towards petrol pump, before we reach petrol pump half kilometer from petrol pump, petrol was over. It was ambarassing situation for me. I was stuck in heavy traffic and was not able to go out . I was shouting from my car and requesting people to help. Atlast one person passed my message to petrol pump and then 4 people from petrol pump came and they pushed my vehicle to petrol pump. On road people were laughing at us that people are oushing brand new honda city. We informed about this to deccan honda people after that mr vijay jadeja came to meet me along with his team but after that they are not giving any feedback nor giving any feedback. Even i have sent complaint to honda city customer care bot no reply from honda also. THIA IS A THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE WITH DECCAN HONDA AND HONDA CITY.
