Honda City Car — unethical practice at stallion honda service station lucknow | |||
I have been a loyal honda customer since 2012. My car is now approximately 6 years old but i have till now not yet shown it to anyone else outside honda service station. To my surprise, for an accidental works which i had done atleast 3 times earlier i was asked three times the price. Mr waseem (Advisor) told me that if i can get it done without the bill, i will be charged less. I was devastated and argued with him but he was not ready to listen. I then spoke to ms khusbu who is cam and she also threatened that if i will complain i will have to pay higher price and i will not receive my car early after service. Supervisor amit tiwari never called me and whenever i called him he never picked up my phone. I even tried to speak to jayant tiwari (Bodyshop manager) but he also didn't listened to me. Since i never i serviced my car outside so i asked them to service for which they did a very bad job, paint job was pathetic, they didn't even bother to cover the wind shield during paint job, there were no interior cleaning. A real bad job. I believe that honda service station is exploiting old car owners. I was trying to buy or exchange my hoda city for a new one, but i am disheartened by such a bad service and behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||
