[Resolved] Honda City Car — Unprofessional Service | |||
In April I bought a New Honda City. The rubber channels of the doors keep coming out when a person gets down. The solution given by Ghosh Brothers, Guwahati Ser vice Engineer is "just push it back again"! I told them that such a solution is not acceptable as we kept doing that without the service engineer's advice. Then they said, rubber parts are not under warranty (just after 2 months of purchase); so, I told them charge me but solve the problem - if I can pay Rs. 9 lacs, I can pay for rubber channels. One person even said, it will be good if you write to Head Office - many City Hondas are facing the same problem. I sent out emails to Sales, Service Managers requesting a solution a month ago. No reply from anyone. Someone please advice what I should do? Glue the channels with adhesive? Or, will Honda company, with their Japanese Service Motto's written all over the walls, attend to the problem? Was this information helpful? | |||
