Honda — Complaint against delay in delivery of Honda City 4 Gen Car | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Please register this complaint against Mr. Vikas and Mr. Ravi who are failed to update me regarding delivery of Honda City Car. Mr. Vikas is very unprofessional and rude behavior and does not respect the customer requirements. He neither pick my call or respond to my messages/whatsapp. There is no update on my delivery status of Honda City car till date. I have booked Honda City 4th Gen Car on 08 Feb 2021 with a booking amount of 5, 000/- and applied for the loan of 8, 00, 000 which got sanctioned on 11 Feb 2021 and the remaining balance amount was paid by me 12 Feb 2021. The whole amount of the car was paid on 12 Feb 2021. It is very sad affair that no one from the Honda Car show has updated me regarding the delivery of the vehicle and till now I have no information regarding delivery. Furthermore to say, when I initially visited the car show room, they promised to deliver the car on the very next day as that model was in display but now its been delayed for a week now. Everytime we enquire they give very lame new excuses. I was troubled for giving the invoice in spite I paid the whole amount. I have opted for the self insurance and the same was done and sent to the Mr. Vikas on 15 Feb 21 for registration. The registration of the vehicle is not yet processed and I am not sure when my vehicle will be delivered to me. You are requested to look into the matter at utmost urgency and please update me accordingly. Request to solve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
