From, Jai Agarwal Pyramid Technoplast Pvt Ltd. office No2, 2nd Floor, Shah Trade Centre, Rani Sati Road malad E, Mumbai - 400097 Maharashtra India Sub: Complain of no workmanship by SOLITAIRE HONDA, Mumbai service Advisor name Sujit Samant Ref: Vehicle No. DN09J0319 Dear Sir/Madam, After a lot of disappointment we are forced to write you a letter complaining about one of your service centre named SOLITAIRE HONDA represented by Mr SUJIT SAMANT where I have sent my car for repair on account of accident and now its been more than 6 months since the car is still in the workshop. Mr Sujit is so busy and made me like a beggar to beg him to call me and when i call him he always says either he is busy or he will call back and now I am literally begging to call him and understand. Now I am writing this email to Honda again begging you for your help and if your team can intervene and take a strong action against the dealer who is creating a nuisance by no workmanship at their end. I have read so much about Japanese workmanship, their technology, 5sapproach, 6 sigma etc but in your case I do not see anything like this. I would request your immediate attention and failing to do so, then unfortunately we will have to go the legal route to fight for my rights.
