Honda — Complaint regarding incomplete and delayed service

For your kind information, I have a Honda WRV car, Vehicle number WB 74 AT 3931. I have done Regular service of my car from Supreme Honda, Purna. On[protected] the car suffered an accident. On 16-03-21 I sent the car to the service center. An employee named Ajit (Mobile number[protected] said " we do not have the damaged parts of the car. You take your car back. Give two thousand rupees in advance. I am ordering parts". I enquired from him if I get a claim. He said "yes. I will give the date two or three days before the day you give the car.Then you will get the car within ten to twelve days." He also said to send the car after Holi. I called him again and again ten days later to find out if the car parts had arrived. But he had not answered my call. On 26 -03-21, I messaged him on whatsapp whether parts of my car has arrived or not. But he has not answered in whatsapp. Being compelled, I even called the service center on 5-04-21. Then Ajit informed that the parts have arrived which was a false statement. Actually he forgot to order. (As he said to my driver). But I believe his statement, send the car on 7-04-21. After two weeks on 20 - 04 21, I wanted to know how far the work of the car has been completed. But unfortunately he has not received my call. Being compelled, on 21-04-21, I called to the service center. Then he informed that the claim has been approved. I'll do the work very soon. I also complained to the service Manager ( ?? Ms/ Mrs Kriti, whose number is [protected], ) regarding delay of the work.
On 27 -04- 21, angrily I sent my driver to fetch the car. I order him to bring the car whether its work has been completed or not. My driver saw that the car was in the same condition in which it was left first day like barren property.
An employee named Dablu ( mobile number [protected]) requested please don't take the car. He said " If you give me three or four days time I will complete the work." And he promised to hand over the car on 30-04-21. But the work of the car is not completed on that day. When I called him, he falsely promise to handed over my car on 1st May, which is an international holiday. Naturally the service center was closed on that day. On Monday 03-05-21, I called Dablu again and again and tried to find out whether the work of the car was complete or not. But he blocked my number. I again called the service center but they could not provide me the correct answer. I was forced to call the service Manager. She said the work of the car is complete. Tomorrow, that is 04-05-21, after washing they will hand over the car at 12 noon. I asked again and again, are you sure about that? Then I will go by myself leaving all my personal and important work. She assured me.

On 04-05-21, 1:30 pm I reached the service center and saw that everyone had gone for lunch. When the workers returned, I asked them to hand over the car. But even then the wash had not been started. They said that it would be an hour late. I waited. At 2-30 pm the workers remembered that the car was not serviced. An worker named Rahul ( mobile number [protected]) know that the regular service was to be done . My driver also reminded him on 27 -04 -21. But he forgot ( as per Rahul).
The car was handed over at 3-30 PM without service. They handed over my car after 27 days without completing any work. They are all irresponsible. All are stupid, nonsense. There is no minimum responsibility. And the service Manager is the biggest irresponsible person. Who promises and assured without knowing anything. The service Manager including all stuff didn't bother about customer problem.
Now I am in deep trouble. Because right side head light of the car damage, Horn damage, gearbox jam ( probably because it was useless for so many days) . In this condition my car has handed over, though everything is mentioned in job chart.

Now my questions is that who will take the responsibility for any unwanted mishap while driving this car?

They may give the excuse of covid. But the second wave of covid came a few days ago. They had lot of time on their hands. All the workers were present. They could work if they tried. But they didn't. Therefore, I strongly demand to take appropriate action against all these irresponsible stuff. I gave them so much time. I am a Doctor and car is a necessity for me. I had to suffer losses of 60, 000 rupees on car rent. Who will bear and cover my losses?? I gave them so much time only to receive the car in incomplete condition only?? In addition many problems arose because the car was left so many days. It is extremely shocking to see how a reputable company like Honda is so negligible in its after sales service. They just harassed with me and simply killed my time. If you cannot provide after sales service then why do you sell your car?

Please take the matter seriously and also comply with the advice on what I should do in this situation.
